Rates: Summer, weeks only: $6,800 Fall, Winter Spring: $4,800 per week, $1,390 per weekend, $695 per night, minimum two nights. Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years: $895 to $995 per night, 3 night minimum stay. Monthly rates available. Terms: 50% at reservation, balance before arrival.  Note: Please bring your bath and beach towels. Sheets, pillows and covers, blankets and comforters, kitchen towels are provided.  No smoking or ski equipment in the house. Up to 12 guests, single families only.
