Rates: Summer: $7,200, weeks only, Saturday to Saturday. Fall: $5,000 per week, $1,590 per weekend, $795 per night, minimum two nights. Winter - Spring: $4,800 per week, $1,390 per weekend, $695 per night, minimum two nights. Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years: $995 per night, 3 night minimum stay. Monthly rates available. Terms: 50% at reservation, balance before arrival.  Note: Please bring your own bath and beach towels. Sheets, pillows and covers, blankets, comforters and kitchen towels are provided.  No smoking or ski equipment in the house. Up to 16 guests, single families only.
